She is survived by: her children, David Rigney of Jonesville, VA, Paul Ray Rigney, Jr. (Jeanna), Tonya Rigney (Troy Mullins), Maggie Goley of Pennington Gap, VA and Jeremiah Rigney of Jonesville, VA; her sister Mary Sue Kinder; and her grandchildren, David Rigney, Jr., Sean Goley, Samuel Rigney, Joshua Gilbert, Mary Goley and Braxton Rigney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
