She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hood and Nannie Hood (Bledsoe); and her siblings, Martha Barker (Hood) and Freddy Hood. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna and Theresa; her husband Rev. Bud Eldridge; her children, Jeff Eldridge (Maryann) of Jonesville, Mike Eldridge (Naomi) of Jonesville and Karen Eldridge (Alan Bailey) of Woodway, VA; her aunts, Mary Bledsoe, Jean Estep of Memphis, TN and Cleda Lawson of Marlboro, MD; her stepbrother Willie Earl Greer (Betty) of Evarts, KY; and her close friends, Pat Talbot of Grover Hill, OH, Trena Sturgill (Spec) of Rogersville, TN, Anna Owens of Jonesville and Kathleen Meddle of Rose Hill, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
