She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Neely and Lillie Belle Neely (Bowen); and her brother Joe Neely. She is survived by: her husband Dwayne; her stepsons, Edward Hurley (Amanda) and Michael Hurley (Emily); her granddaughters, Mackenzie and Madison; her sister Thelma Mann (Bill); her niece Kimberly Keene (Jamie); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor and Dylan; her niece Jennifer Dyer (Jacob); her sister-in-law Gaye Neely; her uncle Fred; and her aunt Wilma Bishop. She is also survived by her cousins, friends, and extended family.
