He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clyde and Darcus Ceary Blevins; and his sister Lois Anders. He is survived by: his uncle Dennis; his aunts, Joyce Blevins of Ivanhoe, Virginia and Shirley Carico of Hillsville, Virginia; his brother-in-law David Anders of Ivanhoe, Virginia; and his close friend Randy Taylor.
