Mary Reynolds Pittman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Reynolds Pittman of Irvington, Virginia, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Emory Pierce Pittman; her parents, Carroll Reynolds and Zora Reynolds; and her siblings, Richard, Beale, Marion, John, Thomas Reynolds and Elizabeth R. Gates.

She is survived by: her children, William H. Pittman (Brenda), Weems, Robert A. Pittman of Lancaster and Cynthia P. Bishop (Warren) of White Stone; her grandchildren, Megan P. Sanders (Mitch) of Fort Mill, SC, Chad of Kilmarnock, Wade Bishop of Kilmarnock and Jeff Pittman (Lyndsey) of Gallatin, Tenn.; her great grandchildren, Addison, Avery Sanders, Abigail, Sydney and Brady Pittman; her sisters, Lucille Christopher of Irvington and Hazel Christopher of Kimberly, WI; and her caregivers, Taneika Brooks Drake and Scarlot Boyd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
