She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Hess and Minnie Honaker Hess; her husband Easley Miller; and her siblings, David Junior Hess, Arthur Hess, Irvin Hess, Clarence Hess, Clyde Hess, Fay Hess, Dorothy Hess, Cordelia Combs, Elizabeth "Betty" Hinderliter and Evangeline Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Fuller (late Larry Fuller) of Rosedale, Cecil Miller (Rachel) of Rosedale, Earl Miller (Denise) of Swords Creek and Gerald Miller (Gayle) of Bristol, Virginia; her sister Audrey Lou Hess of Illinois; her grandchildren, Jeff Miller, Tonya Maxfield, Lynette Compton, Janette Miller, Heath Miller, Amanda Meade, Chance Miller and Zachary Miller; her stepgranddaughters, Judy Jordan and Sally Shupe; and her great great grandchild Parker Smith. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
