He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Plaster and Virginia Mae Richardson Plaster; and his sisters, Ruby Darlene Whited and Brenda Sue Perkins. He is survived by: his brothers, David Wayne Plaster of Swords Creek and Larry Cecil Plaster (Tamara) of Rosedale; and his nephew Jon Plaster. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
