He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Colley and Maude Catherine Thomas Colley; his siblings, Cecil Colley, Virginia Colley, Sue Woodward and Earnie Adams; and his son-in-law Lanny Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Willie "Dean" Honaker Colley; his children, Pam Miller of Honaker, Keith Colley (Angie) of Lebanon, Rick Colley (Vickie) of Honaker and Misty Roberts (Kevin) of Pounding Mill; his grandchildren, Amanda Statzer (Jason), Jared Colley, Christina Ball (Justin), Haleigh Colley, Morgan Sizemore (Ethan), Kaylie Roberts and Ethan Roberts; his great grandchildren, Madeline Statzer, Brady Statzer, Cambrie Sizemore and Liam Sizemore; his sister Patty Barton (W. C.); and his cousin Clifford Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
