He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Marlena Ratliff Deel; his daughters, Angela Compton (Derick Yates) of Honaker and Teresa Mitchell (Chris) of Honaker; his siblings, Eddie Deel, Jennifer Rutherford and Lind Ellis; his grandchildren, Shakota Austin "Cotybug" Yates and Alden Loretta "Goose" Yates; his caregiver Linda Woods; his cousin Aaron Presley; and his brother-in-law Jessie Ratliff.
