He is survived by: his wife Dolly Dye Hubbard; his son Gary Hubbard (Amanda) of Honaker; his brother Roger Hubbard (Sylvia) of Swords Creek; his grandchildren, Gary Hubbard, Jr., Travis Wayne Hubbard, Jonathan Blake Hubbard, Amber Ciara Hubble and Terry Noah Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Alaya Lea Hubble and Violet Skye Hubble. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
