He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Ishmael Johnson and Canzada Stevens Johnson; his son Danny Richard; his siblings, Hubbard Johnson, Attley Johnson, Lonnie Johnson, Aubrey Johnson, Herman Johnson, Rufus Johnson, Elijah Johnson, Ellis Johnson, Kermit Johnson and Lethia Johnson Hale; and his sons-in-law, Larry Murphy and Kenny King.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Honaker Johnson; his children, Harold Johnson (Donna), Trish Johnson King, Kathy Johnson Ray (Mike), Judy Johnson Murphy, Darryl Johnson, David Johnson (Mark Phillips) and Chris Johnson (Tamera); his grandchildren, Chad King (Kelli), Lindsey Ray Lawson (Bryan), Clinton Johnson (Chrystal), Myra Murphy Childress (Ben), Chase King (Jessica), Courtney King Jessee (Ben), Megan Murphy, Hunter Johnson, Hayden Johnson, Peyton Johnson and Ethan Johnson; his stepgrandsons, Richard Shelton (Michelle) and Joseph Shelton (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Gage, Griffin, Barrett, Callan King, Romy Kate, Stella Rose Lawson, Clint, Brianna Johnson, Murphy Jo, Millie Jane Childress, Landry, Alden Jessee and Sophie Johnson. He is also survived by 7 step great grandchildren; and 9 step great great Grandchildren.
