It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Werner Robert Tobler of Hillsville, Virginia, born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Ann Sokat Tobler and Werner Walter Tobler; his sister Verne Anne Tobler; and his girlfriend Becky McClung. He is survived by: his siblings, Trudi Tobler Dunham (Dave) of Roanoke and Richard W. Tobler (Sandra) of Patrick Springs; his nieces, Elizabeth (Dunham) and Sally Tobler Rondeau of Daleville; his great-niece Nora Ruth Rondeau of Daleville; his cousins, Frieda Wimmelman Binnick (Alan) of Wilmington, Vermont. and Peter Wimmelman, Jr. (Nancy) of Wilmington, Vermont.; and his friends, Jimmy Bullion, Curtis Webb, Larry Lovell, Andrew Blackburn, Larry Nester and Roy Atwell.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the local SPCA.
