It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Cox of Hillsville, Virginia, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, E. O. Semones (Mutt) and Geneva Rippey Semones; her husband John Cox; and her brother Glen Semones. She is survived by: her siblings, Jane Weddle (Lincoln) of Roanoke, VA, Willa Shropshire (Ralph) of Collinsville, VA, Brenda Wingate of Independence, VA, Phyllis Larrowe of Woodlawn, VA, Bobby Semones (Linda) of Melbourne Beach, FL and Dan Semones of Roanoke; and her friends, Ron, Jennie Tweed, Casey, Kelli Adams and Jenna Bond. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
