She was predeceased by: her parents, John Earl and Elizabeth Collins Grubbs; her husband Billy Morgan Kemp; her daughters, Pam Loyd and Adrienne Davis; and her grandson David Michael Loyd.

She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Kemp and Beth Harrell; her grandchildren, Kenneth Morgan, Kyle Patrick, Billy Ray, Stephanie Faye, James, Michael and Dorothy Denise; and her great grandchildren, Taylor and Brody.
