He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Redd Jennings and Patrick Eugene Goad; and his stepfather Harrison Jennings. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughter Sheena; his grandchildren, Harris Gage Patterson and Ruby-James Shirley Patterson; his son-in-law Jonathan Patterson; his aunts, Geneva Goad and Cecilia Redd; his uncle Bobby; and his cousins, Brenda Jones (Rick) and Jeff Kemp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
