It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina Ranelle Dulaney of Hillsville, Virginia, who passed away on June 8, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Regina Ranelle farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Regina Ranelle is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Willis and Ninevah Willis. She is survived by: her children, Todd McMillian, Dee Dalton (Randy) and Tory Easter; and her grandchildren, Dillon Dalton, Wesley Easter, Hunter Easter, Carson Easter and Abigail Easter.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bluemont Presbyterian or Gospel Chapel.
