He is survived by: his wife Dreama Smith Bowman; his sister Kathleen Bowman Sutphin of Laurel Fork; his daughters, Regina Williams (Kenny) of Wytheville, VA, Carolyn Smith (Roger) of Riner, VA, Dana Herman (Tom) of Plantation, FL, Jill Ward (Harvey) of Galax, VA and Judy Stoneham of Hillsville, VA; his stepchildren, Sherri Williams (Brad) of Max Meadows, VA, Jestin Chrisley (Bridget) of Christiansburg, VA and Stephanie Boatman (David) of Woodlawn, VA; and his son Lowell Bowman, Jr.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven step-grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
