He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland L. Moser and Lennie E. Davis Moser. He is survived by: his wife Norma Horton Moser; his children, Deborah (Bill Conley), Pamela (David Sexton), Terry Moser and Ronald (Sherry Moser); his siblings, Patricia Carpenter, Phyllis Edwards and David; and his sister-in-law Sandy Moser. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
