With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary O'Neal Lawson of Hillsville, Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Lawson and Emma Lawson; and his brother Robert David Lawson (R. D.). He is survived by: his wife Melissa Leigh Thompson; his sister Wilma Clay of Virginia Beach; his daughters, Sabrina Kaye Vaughn (Lonnie) of Austinville and Chastity Renee Dalton Lawson (C. R.) of Hillsville; and his grandchildren, Justin, Josh Vaughn of Austinville and Alexis Bowen (Lexi) of Hillsville.
