She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Rex and Anna Rex; her brothers, Wilson A. Rex and John Rex; and her husband Bruce A. Cook, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Nemeth, Emily, Debra Bersch, Wilson Price (Billy) of Hillsville, VA and Bruce Cook, Jr.. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren; her 6 great grandchildren; her 11 great-great grandchildren; and by her many nieces and nephews.
