He was predeceased by: his father Roy Jacob; and his sister Valerie Leftwich. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Hodges Leftwich; his daughter Angel Leftwich; his granddaughter Sydnie Stowers; his brother Jay; and his sister-in-law Joan Leftwich.
