He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester McMillian and Bobbie McMillian; and his siblings, Ronnie McMillian, G. W. McMillian and Mary Ann McMillian.

He is survived by: his children, Charlie McMillian, Tina McMillian and Brandon McMillian; his friend Sandra Creasy; his brothers, Jimmy McMillian, Roger McMillian and Michael McMillian; and his pet Chasity.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the family to help with final expenses.
