He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Hall and Vivian Dowell Hall; and his brothers, Hobert Hall, James Everett Hall and Joseph Monroe Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lois Henley Hall; his grandsons, Matthew Charles Hall of Alcoa, TN and Zachary Neil Cochran of Hillsville; his stepgrandson Ben Hill of Independence; and his siblings, Elaine Creed of Mount Airy, NC, Edith Tilley of Cana and Wade Hall of Cana.
