He is survived by: his father Billy Ray Melton, Sr. of Hillsville, Virginia; his children, Brynn Lovette Melton of Galax, Virginia, Bryleigh Lynn Melton of Galax, Virginia and Bryce Andrew Melton of Galax, Virginia; his siblings, Jennifer Melton of Galax, Virginia, Amanda Whittington of Galax, Virginia and Billy Ray Melton, Jr. of Ennice; and his grandchildren, Kynsli Lovette Cole and Kendyl Joan Cole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
