It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Burgess (Haywood, Virginia), who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaine Burgess and Frances Gibson Burgess; and his brothers, Gaine Edward "Bo" Burgess and Hugh Robert "Bunny" Burgess of Canton. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Kinder (Eddie) of Mt. Carmel, TN; his grandchild Kayson Kinder; and his brothers, Rickey "Peaches" Burgess of Canton and Johnny Ray Burgess of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with COVID-19 regulations, attendance for the funeral service and also the receiving of friends will be limited to 50 guests. We kindly ask that face masks be worn and social distancing be observed at all times.
