She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Corbin and Edith Bowman Corbin; her husband Francis Fultz; and her son Stephen Fultz. She is survived by: her son Robert Dale Fultz (Lesley Fultz) of Inwood, WV; her granddaughter Kalie Fultz; and her sisters, Cora Anderson, Jeannie Hamaday and Shirley Kanupp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's own choice.
