Though Gary Bruce may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schoolcraft and Mildred Nuckles Schoolcraft; and his sister Phyllis Jean "Jeannie" Lane. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lynn Schoolcraft; his sister Linda Palmer; and his aunt Barbara Goosman (David).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home Chapel (3173 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Riverview Cemetery - Charlottesville (1701 Chesapeake St, Charlottesville, VA 22902).
