She is survived by: her children, Charles B. Karpa, Jr. (Pamela) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, David A. Karpa (Jamie) of Hampton and Patricia K. Brzeski (Richard) of Yorktown; her grandchildren, Charles B. Karpa, III (Dawn), Andrew N. Karpa (Kathleen), Matthew R. Brzeski, Amy M. Brzeski, Justin D Brzeski and Mark W. Brzeski; and her great grandchildren, Ethan D. Karpa, Kaley S. Karpa, Grace I. Karpa and Madison J. Karpa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
