He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine Swink (Craun); and his children, William Randolph Swink of Grottoes, James Franklin Swink of Grottoes, Michael Todd Swink of Stuarts Draft, Paula Diane Rankin of Crimora, Sharon Emily Morris of Waynesboro, Nora Virginia Laminack of Indianapolis and Lori Ann Swink of Elkton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
