She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey Walton Creasy and Cabell Shelton Creasy; her husband Percy Smith Adams, Sr.; and her stepsiblings, Robert Creasy, Raleigh Creasy, George Creasy, Daniel Creasy, Charlie Creasy, Annie Martin and Bertha Willis.
She is survived by: her children, Percy Smith "Smitty" Adams, Jr. (Dana) of Gretna, Susan A. Loyd (Jeff) of Clover, SC, Martha A. Abbott (Jeff) of Gretna and Laura A. Rowland of Gretna; her grandchildren, Jonah Loyd, Lindsey Meadows, Zachary Adams, Jonathan Adams, Trevor Adams and Kayla Adams; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Lawson, Layton, Lainey, Hadleigh and Hollie; and her close friends, Glenda Dalton and Paulette Fretwell. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
