She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Smith and Mona Smith (Kosanovich); and her brother Jeffrey Smith. She is survived by: her children, Joanne Kolb (Dan) of Sundance, WY, Allan Evans and Green Bay; her grandchild John Wozniak; and her siblings, Jack Smith, Jo Ellen Swearingen (Mark), Jerry Smith and Julie Kassens (Keith). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
