He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franklin Hall and Clara Mae Ervin Hall. He is survived by: his wife Ping Hall; and his children, Betty Ann Hall, Catherine May Hall and Steven Ray Hall (Ellen). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
