She was predeceased by: her parents, Eastferd H. Hardin and Mildred Merle Page Hardin; her husband David Edmond Jacobs Sr.; her son Dwayne Keith Jacobs; her granddaughter Iris Anne Jacobs; and her brothers, Ronald Clayburne Hardin, Bobby Linden Hardin and Darryl Brantly Hardin.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Jacobs Hyer (Jeff) of Gordonsville, David Edmond Jacobs Jr. of Gordonsville and Darren Blaine Jacobs (Deborah) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Brandon Thomas Hyer (Brooke), Brianna Faye Dodson, Aidan Blaine Jacobs and Jeremy Michael Tazer (Ellie); her great grandchildren, Adalye Faye Dodson and Drake Tyler Dodson; and her sisters, Cherryl Page Bragg (Joseph) of Dustin, FL and Gina Lynn Martin of Dustin, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
