It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty P. Lancaster of Goodview, Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Luck; and her husband George Wallace Lancaster. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie L. Searcy (Sam) of Raleigh, Debra L. Andrews (Wayne) of Bedford and Michael W. Lancaster of Moneta, Virginia; her grandchildren, Faith M. Allen (Chris), Bryce L. Martin (Lauren), Dr. Ryan P. Searcy and Lauren E. Searcy; her great grandchildren, Liam and Levi Allen; and her siblings, Ruth Gearhart of Roanoke, Virginia and Larry Perdue of Blue Ridge, Virginia. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews.
