He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Ramsey; his children, Christie Hawkins (James) and Donald Ramsey, Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Logan and Lauren Ramsey; his siblings, William Ramsey (Sue), Douglas Ramsey (Cindy) and Eugenia Elder (Richard); and his close friend Andrew Wallace (Patty).
