Wanda Gail Rouse Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Gail Rouse of Glade Spring, Virginia, born in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick King and Mattie B. King; and her sister Brenda Dalton. She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Rouse; her daughters, Sherry Blackburn (Greg) and Melissa Hockett (Brian); her grandchildren, Mehgan, Ashley, Matthew, Abby, Hannah and Caleb; her great grandchildren, Rylee and Carson; her sisters, Judy Osborne (Greg) and Cindy Starling (Neal); and her pets, Sasha and Grace. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the caregivers; the Fresenius Dialysis Clinic in Abingdon, VA including Greg, Karen, and Shirley; Sherri Cox who was able to visit with her when the family could not be there due to Covid-19 restrictions; and all the other family and friends that showed support during this time.
