She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Frye and Dolly Frye; her husband Tommy S. Rhea, Sr.; her siblings, Franklin Frye, Clyde Frye, Joe Frye, Alice Moore, Linda DeBord, Violet Mink, Betty Gieseck and Carol Heath; and her sons-in-law, John Burgess, Sr. and Jim Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Jenkins of Chilhowie, Patty Burgess of Saltville, Lesa Frye (Charles) of Broadford and Tommy "Jock" Rhea, Jr. of Saltville; her grandchildren, Christy Huff, Regina Counts, John Burgess, Jr. and Summer Frye; her great grandchildren, Austin Huff, Madison Counts and Tucker Burgess; and her siblings, Glenna Wynegar, Eva Dooley, Janie Kestner, Mary Compton and Clarence Frye.
Everyone is asked to please meet at the cemetery and follow the Covid-19 guidelines.
