She was predeceased by: her parents, John Paul Norris and Victoria Burleson Norris; her brother John Paul Norris II; and her son-in-law Randy Scott Dixon. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Lee Phillips; her daughters, Joy Elizabeth Dixon and Whitney Brooke Phillips; her grandson Tyler Christian Dixon (McKenzie Moore); and her siblings, Betty Craft (Irvin), Patricia Viers, Paulette Mays (James) and Joel Norris (Edwina). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends.
