He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ratcliffe and Mabel Haga Ratcliffe; his grandparents, James, Katie Ratcliffe Crowe, Preston Haga and Zella Haga; his sisters, Patsy Thompson, Shirley Ratcliffe and Connie Ratcliffe; and his brother-in-law Mark Jackson.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Harper; his children, Crystal Dea (Kenny), Hope Leeper (Robert) and Adam Roark; his siblings, Jimmy Ratcliffe (Nancy), Jackie Ratcliffe (Martha) and Debbie Jackson; and his brother-in-law Bobby Thompson. He is also survived by grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
