He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelda Roberts Duncan and Lawrence B. Duncan; his sister Kathleen Duncan Willis; and his son-in-law Jim Mayden. He is survived by: his wife Anne Davidson; his children, Stacy, Kelley, Kip and Trey; and his siblings, Jack (Betty) and Robin Garnand (John).

Due to current COVID-19 concerns, a single committal service will be held on January 23, 2021 at 12:30 pm at the Mount Rose Cemetery with Pastor Lisa Bryant officiating.

Donations to honor Robert may be directed to the Madam Russell United Methodist Church or to a charity of choice.
