She was predeceased by: her husband Edward L. "Edd" Lester; her mother Opal Venable; and her sister Brenda Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Loretta Duncan (Michael) of Fall Branch, Tenn. and Mark Allen Davenport, Sr. (Barbara) of Abingdon; her brother Doug Thompson (Brenda) of Bristol, Tenn.; and her grandchildren, Megan Bise Hagy (John) of Bristol, Mark Allen Davenport, Jr. of Chilhowie, Michael Anthony Davenport of Marion, Ashley Michelle Davenport of Chilhowie, Joshua Daniel Sorah (Emily) of Fuquay, N. C. and Stacy Renee Little (Daniel) of Abingdon. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In accordance with Covid-19 restrictions, social distancing practices will be implemented, and face masks will be required for attendance.
