She was predeceased by: her parents, George Woodward and Ida Woodward; and her brother Robert Woodward. She is survived by: her husband Kyle R. Puckett; her daughters, Lisa K. Puckett of Saltville and Kimberly R. Puckett of Marion; and her siblings, Billy Woodward, Curtis Woodward of Saltville, Beatrice Pennington of Saltville and Eva Holmes (Raymond). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in her honor to The American Diabetes or Cancer Associations.
