John Edward Megginson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2020 we had to say goodbye to John Edward Megginson of Glade Spring, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrew Megginson and Mary Guy Marshall Megginson; and his brother William "Ted" Megginson. He is survived by: his wife Patty Sue Morrison Megginson; his daughters, Sherri Osborne (David) of Abingdon, Carol Basil (Walter) of El Paso, Texas and Amanda Lowe (Jason) of Stephens City; his brothers, Charles "Fred" Megginson (Terita) of Arkansas and James W. Megginson of Bristol; his grandchildren, Tosha, Lindsey, Leighanne and Jonathan; and his great grandchildren, Jayden and Elijah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In observance of Covid-19 restrictions face masks will be required and social distancing will be practiced.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
