He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Ellen Owens Hines; his wife Tamara Reynolds Hines; his father Floyd K. "Bud" Hines, Sr.; his children, Cody Hines, Alexis Hines, Payton Hines and Sabrina Morris; and his brothers, Anthony Hines (Tammy) and Tim Hines (Kim). He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
