She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Ellis and Shirley Bostic Johnson; her brothers, Donald Duty and Marvin Johnson; and her grandson Jessie Kiser.
She is survived by: her husband Randall Woodward; her children, Katie Johnson Foster (Greg) of Rosedale, Heather Kiser (Jonathan) of Fries, Jonathan Hogston of Grundy, Hody Woodward of Grundy and Tiffany Thacker of Kentucky; her siblings, Barb Hess of Honaker, Lee Roy Duty of Honaker, Sandy Yates of Honaker, Eddie Johnson (Lisa) of Honaker, Jackie Lowe (Eddie) of Swords Creek and Cathy Locklear (Prentis) of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Gabe Mullins, Lilly Foster, Summer Thacker, Natalee Ann Kiser, Riley Foster, Eli Kiser, Layla Kiser, Trigger Woodward and Caitlyn Ball. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
