She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William DeBoard (Bill); her parents, George Harvey and Hazel Anthic Stokes Price; her close friends, Garland, Reba Stokes and Mozella Carter; her children, Jeffrey DeBoard (Anita) and Julie Fuller (Pat); her grandsons, Tyler DeBoard of Austin, TX and Evan DeBoard (Jordan) of Lenoir, NC.; her friends, Dana Jenkins, Jane Carter and Marian Carney; and her caregivers, Lana Pope, Patricia Bloomer, Ellie Scalf, Amanda Pope, Taylor Bellamy, Bridgett Arwood, Dorothy Winstead and Melissa Bryant.
