She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Warner Clark, Jr. and Lucille Clark Comer; and her siblings, Mary Lynn Clark, Ben and Larry Clark.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Allen Byrd and Clinton Shane Counts; her brother Robert Clark (Kathy); and her grandsons, Samuel Counts and Mason Counts.
