He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmie J. Estepp and Betty McArthur Estepp. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lane Estepp; his sons, Billy Wayne (Amber) and Jarrett Ray (Leighsa); his siblings, Annette Wolfe (Terry), Melisa Collins (Rick), Ronald (Diane) and Jeff (Robin); and his close friend Al Hurd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
