She is survived by: her mother Jennifer Clark; her husband Forrest Addington of Gate City, VA; her son Aiden Addington of Gate City, VA; her stepfather Harold Clark of Kingsport, TN; her sister Lisa Shaffer of Kingsport, TN; her mother-in-law Betty Addington; her brother-in-law Chad Addington; her uncle Jeffery (Debbie); and her nephews, Joshua and Justin Shaffer.
