He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandson Logan Finch; his parents, Sterling Noblin and Edna Noblin; his children, Angel Noblin, Robert Finch and Mark Finch; and his siblings, Sandy Noblin, Loretta Daniel, Sterling "Tootsie" Noblin and Danny Noblin. He was also cherished by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
